Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your location are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped; carriers may occasionally experience delays outside our control.

Where we ship

Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If your country isn't listed, we're not able to ship there yet.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking and lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package appears lost, email us at sabasllc928@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
