The route
- Distance: 2.7 miles end to end on the Bloomingdale Trail (one way).
- Terrain: flat, paved and elevated — no traffic lights.
- Getting back: run it back for 5.4 miles.
Tips
- It gets busy on weekends — early mornings are best.
- Share the path with cyclists and keep right.
- Easy to combine with Humboldt Park for a longer run.
