Terry Hershey Park follows Buffalo Bayou through west Houston with more than 11 miles of trails. The Park Mile route is the shady Quail Trail from Eldridge Parkway to Wilcrest Drive — about 3.7 miles with gentle hills along the bayou.

  • Terrain: paved, shaded path with small rolling hills.
  • Getting back: run it back for about 7.4 miles.
