Hermann Park is Houston's historic central park, next to the Museum District and the Texas Medical Center. The Park Mile route is the Marvin Taylor Exercise Trail, a 2-mile loop around the golf course under old live oaks.
The route
- Distance: 2.0-mile loop.
- Terrain: flat, shaded soft-surface trail.
- Extend it: add the paths around McGovern Lake for a longer run.
